Notice that the sign outside of Epcot’s Mexico pavilion does not invite you to enjoy scenic views of the newly erected “Great Wall of Mexico” visible from what were once waterfront tables at the San Angel Inn Restaurante.

The restaurant will attempt normal operation until the refurbishment of the El Rio del Tiempo attraction is complete in April. However, less then pretty than a wall is a drained “river of time” full of sweaty construction workers. Until the work finishes, feel free to pretend the worklight peaking over the wall is moonlight.
