The restaurant in Epcot’s Italy pavilion will cease to operate as Alfredo’s come August 31st, but will be taken over by the Patina Group. The restauant will operate as a temporary location until a later closure and rennovation reopens the eatery as a whole new signature restaurant in late 2008.
