Realizing the swirly “pixie-dust locust” look wasn’t exactly a fan favorite (to say the least) the Year of a Million Dreams banners and decor have taken on a whole new look for 2008.

These banners are showing up everywhere at the four parks in large numbers, lest we forget the Year of a Million Dreams has been going on since last year and will continue for the foreseeable future.
