Fixed minor issue with Personalized Touring Plans

Some users were unable to modify copies of Unofficial Guide touring plans as part of their personalized touring plans. This issue has been resolved. Delete any uneditable copies of the Unofficial Guide’s plans from your list, please, and re-copy them. They should be editable after that.
