Die Weihnachts Ecke at Epcot Closed Until Thursday

The Christmas Shop in the Germany pavilion at Epcot, formally named “Die Weihnachts Ecke,” is closed until Thursday, September 22, 2011, for a renovation. This renovation is an extension of the introduction of the Karamel Kuche in that block of shops at the pavilion. By adding the caramel shop, the candy shop on the other side of the Christmas shop became redundant. The candy shop has now been renovated and re-themed to be the “Stein Haus” selling – you guessed it – beer steins.

Die Weihnachts Ecke is expected to remain a Christmas shop when it reopens.
