Len, I like the podcast, but I can only listen to Jim Hill for minutes at a time. Please don’t make him walk anywhere because he is always out of breath and cannot recover. If Jim says, “And again…” (out of context) or “You know…” (no I don’t know), I may reach through the Internet and slap him.
