Guests of the Magic Kingdom are invited to journey over to Adventureland to the Headquarters for A Pirates Adventure – Treasure of the Seven Seas, as the game is now officially open!

This is a brand new interactive game where guests participate in pirate raids using special pirate maps. There are five different raids in all, each taking approximately 20 minutes to complete.

(For a more detailed description, check out Scarlett’s blog post about the game.)

Blogger’s Note: I have also recently played the game, and this should be more or less considered as a great distraction for the park. Your kids will more than likely enjoy it. It will also likely take you through different nooks and crannies of Adventureland that you may have never visited before.

The game is included with your Magic Kingdom theme park admission and will be a great addition to your summer visit to the park.

  • This sounds like fun, and we’re likely to try it out in August. Any solid information on whether these activities open from park open to close, or limited to daylight, or some other hours? Will this activity be available for selection soon in the “Personalized Touring Plans” application (along the lines of the way the “Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom” is now)?

Along those same lines, will the “Celebrate the Magic” castle projection show be available for selection in the “Personalized Plans”? I had been using the entry for “The Magic, the Memories, and You” but that recently seems to have disappeared, with nothing to take its place.
