Night of Joy Returns To The Magic Kingdom This September

Christian Music artists will join together once again for the 31st annual Night of Joy. This hard ticketed event will take place at Magic Kingdom for two nights, Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7 from 7:30 p.m. – 1 a.m., nightly.

Eighteen superstars of both Christian Rock, as well as Gospel music, are scheduled to grace three different stages, ready to crank out their fantastic hits. Guests will be able to catch the musicians at the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage, the Galaxy Stage, and the Rockettower Plaza Stage, with multiple acts performing on them throughout the night.

Making Night of Joy history will be the joint performance of two legends, Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W. Smith. The two will perform solo and then share the spotlight together for the first time in the event’s existence.

The schedule of events for the evening will be as follows:

Friday, September 6

Galaxy Stage

  • 7:30 p.m. – Audio Adrenaline
  • 8:50 p.m. – Audio Adrenaline
  • 10:25 p.m. – Mandisa
  • 12:10 a.m. – For King and Country

Rockettower Plaza Stage

  • 8:15 p.m. – City
  • 9:40 p.m. – We As
  • 11:20 p.m. – Moriah Peters

Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage

  • 7:40 p.m. – Steven Curtis Chapman/Michael W. Smith
  • 9:50 p.m. – MercyMe
  • 11:55 p.m. – Skillet

 

Saturday, September 7
Galaxy Stage

  • 7:30 p.m. – Matthew West
  • 8:50 p.m. – Matthew West
  • 10:25 p.m. – Group 1 Crew
  • 12:10 a.m. – Building 429

Rockettower Plaza Stage

  • 8:15 p.m. – City Harbor
  • 9:40 p.m. – We As Human
  • 11:20 p.m. – Plumb

Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage

  • 7:40 p.m. – Francesca Battistelli
  • 9:30 p.m. – Gospel Music Association Winner Steven Musso
  • 9:50 p.m. – TobyMac
  • 11:55 p.m. – Newsboys

In addition to enjoying the Christian performances, many attractions in Magic Kingdom will be open for guests’ enjoyment.

Advanced purchase tickets are still available. One-day tickets are $55 (plus tax), while two-night tickets are $99 (plus tax). Additional information can be found at www.nightofjoy.com.

  • Do you offer touring plans for that night/day?

  • We were there in 2011 for Night of Joy, and it was just great! Really more fun than I thought it could be! Hope to make it back next year!
