  • I noticed that they have posted attractions that will be open during the Halloween Party on the Disney website. I don’t see 7 Dwarfs Mine Train or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad on the list. Does that mean they won’t be open during the party? I also don’t see Princess Fairytale Hall.

    • Thanks for mentioning that Jenny. After reading your message I checked the WDW website for the list of attractions that will be operating during the Halloween Party and I saw the same thing: no Big Thunder Mountain. Also no 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, though I personally like Big Thunder more. And no Splash Mountain. Knowing that Big Thunder and Splash and 7 Dwarfs will not be operating is making me reconsider purchasing tickets to the Halloween Party.

      • We will still plan to go, even if these attractions are closed. It may just change what we try to Fastpass on the days we are in Magic Kingdom during our trip. Just trying to see if we can plan to do 1 or 2 of the main rides during the party with slower lines.

Splash Mountain will be undergoing refurbishment during Septmeber when we are planning to travel.
