UPDATE: Rockin’ Roller Coaster

by on June 20, 2007

UPDATE: The problem has been fixed, it was a faulty sensor, and the ride is now functioning as normal.

Rockin Roller Coaster at Disney-MGM Studios has been experiencing technical difficulties and has not opened for 2 consecutive days. We’ve heard that the problem will hopefully be fixed by the middle of next week, if not sooner. Until then, be advised the attraction may not be operating if you visit the park.

In the meantime, we’re listing the attraction as closed for refurbishment until we hear it has reopened.

UPDATE: Spaceship Earth Refurb Extended

by on June 20, 2007

Update: The dates have now been confirmed, and addtionally, the June dates have been dropped from the refurbishment schedule.

We’ve heard from a reliable source that the Spaceship Earth refurbishment will not end on November 1st as originally planned, but rather November 13th, 2007. Disney has not posted this information to the website yet, and thus for the time being is still considered a rumor.
