All Star Music Room Renovation
Disney has filed paperwork with the county indicating they intend to renovate all of the guest rooms at the All Star Music resort. No timeline for this renovation has been publicly announced, but the notice cites a deadline of July 27, 2012 to finish the construction. It could take a full year to renovate all of the rooms as this fairly large resort.
When Disney files this sort of paperwork the lead-time before the project is usually days to weeks, so expect sections of the resort to become unavailable for room requests in the coming months. Also, there may be smaller construction equipment and crews on the grounds, with possible additional noise from the work.
