A brand new stage show will be debuting this summer at the Magic Kingdom. This new show, called Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire will make its debut on the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage.

This new live stage show will include Mickey and a crew of Merry Makers hosting a joyous festival called the Royal Friendship Faire. The Merry Makers have invited their friends from other lands to join in on the celebration. This stage show will feature favorite characters and songs from movies like The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, and Frozen.

The show will feature favorite Disney characters bringing “Guests” from far reaching lands. Goofy has invited Tiana, Naveen, and Louis from The Princess and the Frog from the Land of the Bewitching Bayous to add New Orleans jazz to the party. From the Land of the Enchanted Woods, Donald Duck brings some new friends he met at the Snuggly Duckling, and Daisy introduces us to her special guests, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider from Tangled. Finally, Mickey shares a surprise with Minnie, as he has traveled to the Land of the Mystic Mountains to invite Olaf, Anna and Elsa from Frozen. It all culminates in a grand dance, as the Merry Makers invite all their special guests to join in the fun.

Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire will bring to life Disney stories, both classic and contemporary and will feature an original song, memorable music, lively dancing and special effects magic.

With this new castle stage show, we must say goodbye to Dream Along With Mickey which will have its last performance at Magic Kingdom on April 2.

Stay posted to the blog for more information about when this upcoming show will debut.

  • My family is so so sad to see Dream Along With Mickey go. It is our #1 must see every trip. However, we’ll stay hopeful this new show will bring us the same joy. There was just something so special and nostaligic about DAw/M- we loved that it focused on some of the original Disney classics…and the overall message of welcoming everyone and that DREAMS COME TRUE!

  • I enjoyed Dream Along With Mickey but I’m glad to see a new show in the works!
