Easter Activities Announced for Magic Kingdom

Easter is a hopping its way towards us for 2018, and the Magic Kingdom is getting ready to celebrate with some great holiday-themed fun.

Beginning March 19, Guests will be able to spend time with the Easter Bunny in the Town Square Courtyard. Mr. Bunny will be found in this location until April 1.

On March 31 and April 1, there will also be a special pre-parade prior to the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade that makes its way down Main Street U.S.A. The merriment will include not only Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny, but also Daisy Duck, Thumper and Ms. Bunny, Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh, White Rabbit, Clara Cluck, Hippos, Ostriches, and Dancing Chicks. Oh, and it will also feature one of my favorites – the thing that just screams Easter and Disney to me – the Azalea Trail Maids from Mobile, Alabama. (Thanks to multiple watchings of the (to me, far-superior) Easter Day Parade when I was a child.)

While visiting the park, make sure to check the Times Guide for specific times for these events.

Stay tuned to the blog for additional details about what other fun activities to expect for this year’s holiday.
