Villa del Lago Restaurant Coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort

Big changes are taking place at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. With construction on the large tower, room refurbs, the change over of Rix Lounge to Rix Sports Bar and Grill, and current refurbishment work on the Pepper Market, there are exciting changes taking place at this moderate resort.

One of the additional changes is a brand new restaurant that’s currently being built that sits on the water at the resort. This new restaurant will be a bar and grill called Villa del Lago. It will seat 60 people, and offer designated group areas that will seat an additional 90 people.

This new restaurant will offer cold drinks and light fare at a new oasis built out over the water. It will also connected to other areas of the resort by a series of bridges.

Villa del Lago is set to open at the resort in 2019.
