Universal Orlando Weekly Preview — September 8, 2018

Rock the Universe brings the biggest names in Christian music to Universal this weekend while Halloween Horror Nights 28 awakens next Friday. Check out a preview of these events along with your weekly Universal Orlando preview inside.

Rock the Universe

The most popular Christian artists return to Rock the Universe at Universal Studios Florida this Friday, September 7 and Saturday, September 8. Featuring TobyMac, Casting Crowns, Jesus Culture, and for KING & COUNTRY, the event brings together fans for worship and fun.

Rock the Universe runs 6:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., but attendees will be allowed into the park starting at 4 p.m. Concerts are held at the Music Plaza stage next to Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and the Hollywood stage next to Mel’s Dine-In. A special candlelight ceremony will be held at the Music Plaza stage on Saturday at 11:45 p.m. and a morning worship service is offered Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

Halloween Horror Nights 28

We know what scares you. Halloween Horror Nights returns September 14 through November 3 on select nights. Above is a preview image of the Stranger Things house and as you can see it brings the hit show to life.

Experience movies like Halloween 4 and Poltergeist along with original concepts such as Carnival Graveyard through ten houses, five scare zones, and one show.  Tickets start at $62.99 plus tax and are now available.

CityWalk is open until 2:00 a.m. with free self parking starting after 6:00 p.m.

Single-day, one-park tickets are at Value pricing. Base tickets to Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure are $115 per adult and $110 per child (plus tax).

Two-day, two-park tickets are $264.99 per adult and $254.99 per child (plus tax).

Volcano Bay tickets are at Anytime pricing at $80 per adult and $75 per child (plus tax).
