More Information on Epcot’s Upcoming New Nighttime Spectacular

It was recently announced that Epcot would be saying goodbye to Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at the end of the summer next year. The show will make way for a brand new show that will be opening in 2020.

The new nighttime spectacular will celebrate how Disney music inspires people around the world, and will feature massive floating set pieces, custom-built LED panels, choreographed moving fountains, lights, pyrotechnics and lasers.

In between the time that Illuminations ends and the new show begins, there will be a limited-time experience called “Epcot Forever,” which will debut in fall 2019 and will feature classic Epcot tunes. “Epcot Forever” will begin with a spark of imagination that swells into an epic spectacle of fireworks, music, lighting, lasers, and special effects kites.

This new nighttime show is just one of the pieces of the puzzle as Epcot transforms. The new show will join the highly-anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster, a Ratatouille-inspired attraction in World Showcase, a new table-service restaurant adjacent to Mission: SPACE and much more!

As I find out more information about this upcoming show, as well as the interim show, I will make sure to let you all know!

They’re doing a *limited-time show* called Epcot “Forever”?!?
I’m convinced they’re just trolling EPCOT Center fans now.
