#AskIt Results – Disney Skyliner

Last week we wondered, after Caribbean Beach/the Riviera and Pop Century/Art of Animation, where should the Disney Skyliner routes be extended? And you came through. Here are the results:

Animal Kingdom Lodge – 528✅
Disney Springs – 457
Port Orleans – 319
Coronado Springs – 138

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is an easy sell for the Skyliner. As the only Disney Deluxe resort with solely bus transportation to other parts of Walt Disney World, it seems obvious that the Skyliner would improve things. And because the Skyliner system isn’t diesel powered, as the buses are, it’s also an environmental improvement.

Disney Springs also did well in your votes. There is so much to do these days at Disney Springs from old favorites like the World of Disney store to exciting new openings like Wine Bar George, the Edison, and Jaleo. Having additional transportation options would help with over-flowing garages and traffic on Buena Vista Dr.

Lower on the list were the Port Orleans resorts (Riverside and French Quarter) and Coronado Springs.
