Wine Bar George Offers Trimbach Luncheon

Wine Bar George at Disney Springs is offering a four-course lunch program devoted to Trimbach wines.

On Saturday, October 19, from noon to 3:00 p.m. you can join Jean Trimbach and Master Sommelier George Miliotes to sample eight different wines from Trimbach. The Trimbach winery was founded in 1626, remaining with the family for 12 generations. The food served will be matched specifically to the wines:

– 2015 Trimbach Riesling Sélection de Vieilles Vignes
– 2010 Trimbach Riesling “Cuvée Frédéric Emile”
– 2016 Trimbach Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg

– 2012 Trimbach Pinot-Gris “Réserve Personnelle”
– 2011 Trimbach Gewürztraminer “Cuvée des Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre”
– 2007 Trimbach Gewürztraminer “Vendanges Tardives”
